The running of the
48th WA Sprintcar title at the world class Perth Motorplex proved to be
another step forward for the Muir Motorsport #60 DiCandilo Steel City, TLC
Haulage Team with Driver Todd Waddell finishing in a strong 10th position
at the end of the gruelling 30 lap feature race.
Happy with the consistent good results under his belt, the hard charging
Rookie faced the reality that a large number of interstate hotshots were
due in town in the New Year for all the Big Races. He and the Team
realised they needed to step it up another notch in order to be in the A
Game when they arrived.
After much team discussion and investigation into the various shock
absorbers on the market the decision was made to invest in “Genesis
Shocks”. The Genesis package put together by Craig Vosbergen and his team
at Racin Tyres and Accessories is second to none and from the results in
the State Title already showed dividends for Todd and the team.
Team driver Todd Waddell had this to say about the ride and performance of
the new Genesis Shocks. “These Genesis shocks have made a unbelievable
difference to the car tonight we didn’t time trial that great but after we
talked with Craig and made some adjustments the car had more speed and the
shocks just soak up the bumps and ruts letting me stay on that gas pedal"
Team Crew Chief Shane Stent had this to say about the new Genesis Shocks.
"The difference the new shock package has made to our car is very
noticeable to me. I feel positive that we can continue to get some great
results with the ongoing support that Craig and his team provide."
Todd and the Muir Motorsports Team are currently in 9th spot on the Perth
Motorplex Track Championship points and confident they will improve on
this with the new Genesis Shock program. |
